My Team’s Last Blog

The team is now home safely. We’ve just about caught up on sleep and we’re loving the luxury of hot showers and flushing toilets! Those of you that are related to a Uganda team member are probably fed up with all of the stories by now! This is a blog about our last few days in Uganda and Kenya for anybody that hasn’t been told yet. It’s My Team writing it, but we were as a big group for most of the time so all did the same stuff.

Goodbye Mayuge and Iganga

My Team’s last few days in Iganga & Mayuge

The latest from the Reem Team!

After departing from the school (after cake and yet more songs) to clean up from our paint fight, we stopped at one of the Ugandan leaders homemade house for a three course meal which stuffed us all, Suzy decided to entertain all the eagerly watching children with the bubbles, which she probably enjoyed just as much as they did.

My Team update

Hi from My Team

A quick blog as we haven’t got much time. After we last wrote we spent a couple of days in Jinja. This was a bit of a ‘rest’ for our hard work. We went swimming in a very nice hotel (we also saw monkeys close by) and then had a yummy meal out. It was good to spend some time as a whole team and exchange stories. Being in Jinja also gave us the opportunity to visit the craft market to spend lots of pocket money.
